Employment Opportunities Fall 2008:

Las Vegas Day School is not currently hiring at this time. We are however accepting applications for teachers and instructional aides for future consideration. The school is readily seeking certified and experienced teachers to substitute. If you are interested in substituting please make arrangements to drop your resume off at the school along with a copy of your teaching certificate. Las Vegas Day School substitute pay scale is currently $100 a day. We do see occasional openings during the school year for instructional aides. Those positions are all part-time with the hours being either 8:00AM to Noon or 11:30 AM to 3:30PM. The employment year for instructional aides is from the middle of August through the first week of June and the salary is $11.00 an hour. Interested applicants must be over 21 years of age and have experience in the educational field. All applications must be submitted in person to the school office between the hours of 9:00AM and 3:00PM. Application forms are available in the school office or online at www.LVDS.com. The Las Vegas Day School office is located at 3275 Red Rock Street which is one block east of the corner of Jones Blvd. and Desert Inn Road.
