Registration

All applicants are considered without regard to anyone's sex, race, religion, national or ethnic origin or disability.

All students applying for Kindergarten through eighth grade are required to take an entrance examination prior to acceptance. All completed elementary and middle school application forms must be accompanied by a current report card.

Immunization records and a copy of the child's birth certificate must be submitted to the office upon acceptance.


Admission & Withdrawal

The registration fee plus the tuition deposit are due upon acceptance and both are non-refundable. The registration fee covers all processing, textbooks, lab, art fees and annual achievement testing. Tuition agreements are issued annually for all students. If a student is withdrawn during the academic year, no tuition refund will be made by the school. Children enrolling midyear will have their tuition prorated using a daily rate.

Financial Information

Tuition may be paid in three ways; annually, semi-annually or monthly. Monthly payments however are only allowed through ACH debit directly withdrawn from your checking or savings account. Annual payment is due August 1, semi-annual August 1 and January 1 and monthly payments begin August 1 with the last payment due May 1. The tuition deposit is applied to the tuition balance prior to the first payment. A late fee of 10% is assessed on any account that is drawn upon insufficient funds.
